Aaron Heading made his third Commonwealth Games appearance on the Gold Coast in April.
Aaron won a silver medal at Gold Coast 2018 and Glasgow 2014 and gold and bronze at Delhi in 2010.
Aaron, from Spalding, competed at Belmont Shooting Centre in the shotgun discipline in the men's trap event.
He was first introduced to clay pigeon shooting by his father John and his brother Martin, who both shot for fun and competitively.
Shooting
Shooting will make a return to the Commonwealth Games when the sport features at the Victoria 2026 Commonwealth Games, with the sport being based in the Gippsland regional Village.
