Ben Watson made his second Commonwealth Games appearance on the Gold Coast in April after winning a bronze at Glasgow 2014.
On the Gold Coast, Ben, from Didcot, placed sixth in the men's +105kg weight category.
He also competed at the 2008 Commonwealth Youth Games in Pune, India.
He is coached by Philip Karlsson at St Birinus Weightlifting Club.
