Jess Learmonth is based in Leeds and Gold Coast 2018 was her Commonwealth Games debut where she won silver in the women's triathlon.

2016 was a breakthrough year for Jess. She won Silver at the Châteauroux ETU Sprint Triathlon European Championships, having topped the podium at the Quarteira ETU Triathlon European Cup earlier in the year.

She is coached by Ray Butters at Leeds Triathlon Centre.

Kick-starting the Team England medal count on the opening day, Alex Yee and Georgia Taylor-Brown delivered Team England a Gold and Silver apiece, before bookending a dominant Mixed Relay title winning team on Sunday 31st July alongside Sophie Coldwell and Sam Dickinson to a rapturous support around Sutton Park.
