Kristian Callaghan made his second Commonwealth Games appearance on the Gold Coast in the pistol discipline.

Kristian, from Reading, won a bronze medal at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and he also competed at the Commonwealth Youth Games in Pune in 2008.

He won Great Britain’s first gold medal at the 2013 Australian Youth Olympic Festival in the 25m rapid fire event.

Shooting will make a return to the Commonwealth Games when the sport features at the Victoria 2026 Commonwealth Games, with the sport being based in the Gippsland regional Village.
