Natalie Blake made her second Commonwealth Games appearance on the Gold Coast after winning a silver medal at Glasgow 2014.

Natalie, from Nottingham, joined the other para-powerlifters in Team England’s squad to compete at the Carrara Sports and Leisure Centre.

She is coached by Keith Blake at PHP Fitness.
