Nathaniel WIlding made his Commonwealth Games debut on the Gold Coast.

Nathaniel, from Woodbridge, joined the other para-powerlifters in Team England’s squad to compete at the Carrara Sports and Leisure Centre and placed fifth. 

He is coached by Dan Collins at Suffolk Spartans.
