From unemployment to stacking supermarket shelves and then onto Paralympic medal glory, the last two years have been quite a ride for Sophie Unwin.
Hopping on a tandem for the first time in 2020, she won World Cup bronze weeks later having been paired with Scottish guide Jenny Holl.
Unwin stunned herself at the Paralympics in Tokyo, taking road race silver and bronze in the individual pursuit to cap a remarkable rise.
Her next challenge comes in exceeding expectation at a home Commonwealth Games.
