Thomas Fannon is a sprint freestyle swimmer from Birmingham.
He won the European junior title over 50m freestyle in 2016.
Thomas made his Team England debut at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in Australia and competed in the men's 50m freestyle.
